We Enrich our Residents with the Structure and Tools to Promote Their Success.

Our Program

Our program includes house rules that are implemented at The Villas Recovery residence provide structure and support for those seeking to maintain sober living.

These house rules are designed to create a safe and healthy environment for all residents. They include guidelines for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in shared spaces, as well as expectations for respectful communication and behavior towards others. The rules also outline curfew times and restrictions on visitors, as well as guidelines for participating in group therapy sessions and other recovery-related activities. By following these guidelines, residents are able to focus on their recovery and build a strong foundation for a life of sobriety. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to helping each resident succeed in their journey towards lasting recovery, and the house rules are just one of the many tools we use to support them in achieving that goal.

  • The Villas Recovery Housing allows residents to apply the lessons and skills learned from rehabilitation treatment to everyday life. Residents are required to live by the house rules, which include a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol possession and/or use

  • Abstaining from violent behavior and learning to live with the rest of the sober living house community.

  • Random and selective alcohol and/or urine testing is required.

  • The structure of our residences include a House Manager to help residents maintain a curfew, follow the house rules and participate in various support groups.

  • Residents are responsible for daily chores to maintain the household which include cooking and cleaning. They must agree not to bring drugs or alcohol into the house and are required to attend self-help groups and a minimum of 90 meetings in 90 days (AA or NA).

  • Prospective residents of The Villas Recovery Housing must agree to a list of rules before moving into the recovery residence. This keeps the living environment safe and substance free for its occupants.

The Villas Recovery Housing Phasing System

TRANSITION PHASE:
Transition phase is granted by the Operations Manager after residents have achieved their recovery goals, and have become stable enough in their recovery to be able to support themselves without the sober living residence.

PHASE TWO:
Phase two is granted to residents if they meet phase one requirements for 30 days, owe no rent and support The Villas activities. Phase two residents have an extended curfew and are required to attend (3) 12 step meetings or counseling a week.
